We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at salman.azam@turnotech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is a size issue.
To process the return or exchange, you must provide a clear, unedited video taken during unboxing as proof of the issue. If you do not contact us within 3 days or fail to provide the required proof, the return will not be accepted.
For size or product exchanges, the fastest way is to return the original item after approval and place a new order for the correct item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
